I am sharing some images about the importance of drinking water.  It is very important bring a bottle of water during the PE subject. You will avoid dehydration, loosing  time lining in the water fount and receive full time benefit of the activity.

Dear parents;

My name is Wilfred Mathias , I'm from Puerto Rico . I have worked as a teacher since 1995 in my island in the elementary and intermediate level. I have had the honor to be recruited by the school to teach the subject of Physical Education. Currently, I impact all groups two days a week alternately. I teach classes in Spanish and English and we all know that our school is bilingual. The comprehensive program is one where through the years we have seen the fruits in our students in acquiring a second language. Therefore, we have an excellent dual language program which cause envy by other schools in terms of school quality is concerned.

It is very important to expose our students to different activities such as movements, cognitive and theoretical activities. By this way we can help in preventing related sedentary, obesity, low self-esteem among others diseases. So I developed a web page named www.mbepe.blogspot.com . You will find valuable information such as instructional videos, articles, annual plan of the course, videos related to physical education among other things.

During this school year we will be working with different movement activities to develop physical fitness, hand eye coordination, foot eye coordination , balance, agility, endurance among other things.

I am extremely proud to belong and be part of this excellent team. The quality of students is excellent, very caring, respectful and willing, in terms of participation. I am willing to help and contribute to the education and welfare of the student. I look forward to your support throughout this school year.

Do not forget that we are all responsible in the process of teaching and learning. Parents and teachers must work related together to achieve student success.

Reciban un cordial saludos de mi parte. Mi nombre es Wilfred Matías, soy de Puerto Rico. He trabajado como maestro desde el año 1995 en mi isla en el nivel elemental  e intermedio. He tenido la honra en ser reclutado por la escuela para impartir la materia de Educación Física. Actualmente, impacto toda la matricula dos días a la semana de manera alternada. Imparto  las clases en español e inglés ya que todos sabemos que nuestra escuela es bilingue. El programa es uno muy completo donde a través de los años hemos vistos los frutos en nuestros estudiantes en la adquisición de un segundo idioma. Por ello, poseemeos un sitial envidiable por otras escuelas en cuanto a la calidad escolar se refiere.

Es bien importante exponer a nuestros estudiantes a las diferentes actividades de movimientos, actividades cognocitivos y teóricos. De esta manera podemos ayudarlos en la prevención de  enfermedades relacionadas al sedenterismo,obesidad, autoestima  entre otras cosas. Por lo tanto he desarrollado una página web cuyo nombre es www.mbepe.blogspot.com. En ella encontrará valiosa información  tales como videos instruccionales,artículos,plan anual del curso,videos relacionado a la Educación Física entre otras cosas.

Durante este año escolar estaremos trabajando con distintas actividades de movimientos para desarrollar eficiencia física,coordinación ojo mano,coordinación ojo pie,balance,agilidad,resistencia entre otras cosas

Me siento extremadamente orgulloso de pertenecer y formar parte de este excelente equipo de trabajo. La calidad de estudiantes es excelente, son muy cariñosos,respetuosos y dispuestos, en cuanto a  la participación se refiere.Estoy en la mejor disposición en ayudar y contribuir en la formación y bienestar del estudiante. Espero contar con su respaldo durante todo este año escolar.

No olvidemos que todos somos responsables en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Padres y maestros debemos trabjar en conjunto para lograr el éxito del estudiante.
